The Adult Immunization Coalition of Central Ohio – a collaborative effort of concerned partners committed to reducing vaccine preventable diseases – includes local health departments, hospitals, home health care, long term care, physicians, insurers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and community service groups.
Our programs: – Educating healthcare providers and the public – Encouraging the implementation of programs to increase adult immunization rates.
Our goals: – promote awareness of the need for adult immunization – improve adult immunization rates in Central Ohio – improve immunization rates overall – increase accessibility to uninsured and minority populations
